Returns and Exchanges
At Divine Equestrian, we want you to love your purchase. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at divineequestrian1@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and whether you’d like an exchange or refund. We’ll review your request and provide the next steps.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- All original tags must be attached, and items must be in the original packaging. (or a $5 re-packaging and tagging fee will be deducted from your refund)
- Proof of purchase (receipt / order number) is required.
Exchanges – Always Free
We offer free exchanges for a different size or if your product arrived damaged in transit. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. As soon as we receive your original item, we’ll send out your replacement.
Refund Returns – 25% Restocking Fee
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee helps us maintain our commitment to quality while keeping prices fair for all customers. Approved refund returns will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away at divineequestrian1@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We’ll make it right with a free replacement or exchange.
Return Exceptions
Customized products (including items with logos or special designs) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
