Order
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Divine Equestrian gladly accepts returns for an exchange or for a complete refund within 30 days of receiving an order.
To be eligible, products must be the original state being unworn and unused. They must have original tags attached and be in the original packaging. In addition, returns require the proof of purchase receipt.
We will review your request and if accepted, will send you a shipping label to print out to pack the return item in the original shipping packaging to send back to us. Once we receive the tracking information of the original product, we will get your exchange product packed and on its way to you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the refund back to your account.
Damaged or Defect Issues
In the events, you have a damaged or defective item, please contact us at divineequestrian1@gmail.com to let us know and we will take care of it.
Return Exceptions
Exceptions to the return policy include customized products. We do not accept returns on any products that have been customized with a logo or design.
