We offer free exchanges for a different size or if your product arrived damaged in transit. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. As soon as we receive the tracking information for your original item, we’ll send out your replacement.

Refund Returns - 25% Restocking fee

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee helps us maintain our commitment to quality while keeping prices fair for all customers. Approved refund returns will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away at divineequestrian1@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We’ll make it right with a free replacement or exchange.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
